HEAVY DUTY TOP AND BOTTOM FEED LOCKSTITCH SEWING MACHINE SERIES (LONG ARM TYPE)

The machine's powerful top & bottom feed demonstrates its performance when sewing car fabric seats. The lift of the presser foot is as high as 16 mm, which responds to the sewing of heavy-weight materials.
The machine achieves a longer distance from machine arm to needle by adopting a high long arm. This means the machine dramatically increases workability when sewing large products such as sofas and car seats.
The adoption of the horizontal-axis double-capacity hook helps reduce the frequency of bobbin thread replacement, thereby promising sewing work with efficiency. This hook is also helpful not only when sewing with thick thread but also when sewing a long seam length.
The thread trimmer achieves consistent thread trimming regardless of thickness of the thread, i.e., from thin to thick thread. The machine has adopted the rotary thread trimming mechanism which matches, in particular, design stitch with thick thread for furniture and bags. The automatic thread trimmer improves workability and increases productivity. When compared with the sewing machine without a thread trimmer, the SW0303L-3-D3D/01 substantially decreases the consumption of thread. The knife pressure can be adjusted with the adjusting screw.
The needle thread device is standard equipment. As a result, the needle thread at the start of sewing does not come out on the cloth, so the start of sewing beautiful finished seams.
Operators use scissors less often and can prevent damage to the material caused by thread picking.
The direct-drive motor system has been adopted by all of the sewing system with a thread trimmer. As a result, the sewing machine starts up swiftly and promises increased stop accuracy, thereby demonstrating improved responsiveness.
Direct-drive means no external motor is attached to the machine table. The servomotor motor is housed inside the machine and has no mechanisms, such as a V-belt, which transmit vibrations and noise.
Besides any applicable warranties provided by the Original Manufacturer, Jacksew offers a standalone 90-day limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers all the machine parts and labor but any shipping costs must be covered by the customer

This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines
This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature
If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.
If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.
If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
