Our flagship cylinder walking foot, compound feed sewing machine is built tough for sewing cushions, bags, heavy canvas, and more. It features a large take-up mechanism with dual tension adjustments, a convenient drop-in bobbin, a synchronizer for the SewQuiet 6000SM motor for easier corner stitching, a safety clutch mechanism, and a built-in bobbin winder.
If thread gets jammed in the hook, the safety clutch on the 4500CW trips and disengages the lower feed shaft. This prevents damage to the machine and is easily reset
For sewing leather, upholstery, canvas, and synthetics, the 4500CW offers the whole package. Low noise and vibration design, foot height adjuster, outstanding build quality and reliability, and the industry's #1 DC servomotor.
For medium to heavy-weight materials, it is advisable to use a walking foot machine. Unlike regular machines, a walking foot ensures proper feeding of the fabric. A compound feed walking foot machine the inside foot and the needle move in unison, providing superior feeding capability.
The 4500CW includes a synchronizer for ease and functionality. Time saving, the synchronizer can position up or down, and is great for corner stitching.
The 4500CW has ability to sew medium to heavy weight fabrics with ease.
The 4500CW’s drop-in Vertical bobbin load allows for a smoother, efficient sewing experience.
When running, the oil-window on the top of the head indicates that the machines internal pump system is working.

For added convenience, the bobbin winder on the 4500CW is built-in to the front of the machine head.
The 4500CW has a stitch dial, providing adjustments (0-10 mm) for the length of the stitch as well as a convenient reverse lever for making the perfect back tack.

Precision step-by step stitching for detailed sewing, the ability to plug in a grounded light directly to the rear of the motor, UL/CSA certified electrical components and the total silence that gives the SewQuiet its name.

Besides any applicable warranties provided by the Original Manufacturer, Jacksew offers a standalone 90-day limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers all the machine parts and labor but any shipping costs must be covered by the customer
Only applies under normal sewing conditions as prescribed for the machine
Consumable items are not covered (needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, springs, oil, and belts)
This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines
This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature
If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.
If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.
If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
