The Reliable 2700SZ, a self-oiling high-speed zig-zag machine, ensures top-notch zig-zag stitches with its rotary take-up mechanism. Reaching speeds up to 3500 s.p.m., it is versatile for tasks like appliqué, elastic, and tape stitching. The Direct Drive Technology motor eliminates belts, offering ultimate speed control, needle up/down functionality, and a choice between 2 or 4 step zig-zag stitches.
For the speed demons that need more juice than a traditional 20U style sewing machine, the 2500SZ is our newest high-speed self-oiling single-needle zig-zag sewing machine. Its 2500RPM top speed and large hook make it perfect for appliqué, decorative stitching, and medium to heavy work.

A zig zag stitch is a common stitch type when you require additional strength in a stitch. It's used in the production of undergarments, applique work for sports jerseys and jackets as well as a decorative stitch. It's also available as a unison feed, walking foot machine type for sewing sails and other heavier materials.
The 2700SZ’s rotary take up mechanism ensures the finest quality zig zag stitch possible at the highest speeds, making the machine suitable for a wide range of sewing tasks including applique, elastic and tape stitching.
The 2700SZ features a unique rotary tension device that moves while the thread is being fed into the machine. This allows the 2700SZ to reach speeds of up to 3500 s.p.m.

Included is an adjustable tape feed foot (up to 12mm) for elastic stitching. Perfect for undergarments, athletic sportswear and other elastic applications.
With a simple adjustment of the dial, you can choose between a 2 points or 4 points zig-zag stitch. A 4 point zig zag stitch offers an extra-strong stitch while not compromising the elasticity of the stitch, especially for wider stitches.
The 2700SZ is equipped with a condensed stitch mechanism for improving the strength of the back tack.
Direct drive motors only operate when the foot pedal is engaged, resulting in up to 70% less energy consumption compared to clutch motors.
The perfect add on light is included at no extra charge for the 3500SD making it both, a great sewing machine, and a great value.

Besides any applicable warranties provided by the Original Manufacturer, Jacksew offers a standalone 90-day limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers all the machine parts and labor but any shipping costs must be covered by the customer
Only applies under normal sewing conditions as prescribed for the machine
Consumable items are not covered (needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, springs, oil, and belts)
This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines
This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature
If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.
If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.
If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
