This machine is suited to the sewing of car seats, sofas, and bags. It is a sewing machine provided with dramatically improved workability and functions which are required for sewing large products and extra heavy-weight materials.
Juki's unique feed mechanism promises excellent efficiency of feed. In addition to the standard models of 1-needle and 2-needle machines, other models intended for special purposes are available, including models for extra heavy materials and one having a thread trimmer.

The thread cutting mechanism has been completely redesigned. By cutting the final stitch close to the fixed knife (condensed stitch), we have achieved the shortest remaining thread length in the industry. (Upper thread remaining length is 5mm)
In addition to the one-touch type reverse feed switch, a multi-functional 6-string switch is also provided. Changeover of the amount of the alternating vertical movement of the walking foot and the presser foot and changeover of the stitch length can be done simply with this one switch.
The upper thread is pulled to the wrong side of the fabric at the beginning of sewing, resulting in a neat finish.
The machine employs a feed mechanism that keeps the balance of the alternating vertical feed amount small even when the material changes. The alternating vertical feed amount is a maximum of 9 mm and can be easily set using the large dial on the top of the machine.
The automatic presser foot lifting height is 20mm, making it easy to sew together leather and thick sponge materials, such as on luxury sofas.
A powerful and stable fuel supply method is achieved even at low speeds.
The bobbin winding device does not require you to start winding the thread by hand; simply set it in place and it will begin winding.
The thread trimmer sewing machine is equipped with a two-pitch dial as standard. You can instantly switch between different stitch lengths with just one machine.
The standard hook allows you to adjust the needle guard contact amount with a screw. The needle guard can be easily adjusted, preventing skipped stitches and reducing wear on the needle tip.
Besides any applicable warranties provided by the Original Manufacturer, Jacksew offers a standalone 90-day limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty covers all the machine parts and labor but any shipping costs must be covered by the customer
Only applies under normal sewing conditions as prescribed for the machine
Consumable items are not covered (needles, bobbins, bobbin cases, springs, oil, and belts)
This warranty does not cover improper use or abuse under heavy use of machines
This warranty does not cover flood, fire, or other acts of nature
If there are any warranty issues that arise, we ask that you contact us immediately and let us know the details. In most cases, we can guide you with getting your machine in good sewing condition via phone, text or video chat.
If you need any parts that need to be replaced, we stock the majority of parts for immediate shipment. Some parts not in stock may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival.
If there is a critical issue that needs to be addressed and is out of scope of minor adjustments or repairs, we will ask you to send us the machine to our shop so we can have it repaired and have it back to good sewing condition. In most cases, we will only need the machine head shipped to us. Shipping charges - both inbound and outbound - are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty issues do not arise frequently because of our commitment to assemble, test and verify each machine we ship out to our customers. We will never send you a machine directly from the manufacturer in boxes without knowing that the machine will be ready to operate upon arrival.
